Client Digital restructure of a technical translation company
A technical translation business with corporate clients, a digital presence that did not hold the price, and an internal process running by hand. I restructured the visible front and the machinery behind it.

Corporate Automated triage for the app support inbox
The Itaú and Itaú Personnalité app support inboxes take a high volume of customer messages. I built the flow that reads, classifies and routes each one, turning loose text into a queryable base.

Corporate PCP GA: a department design system with an AI agent attached
A whole department producing material with no shared standard. I built the application guide in SharePoint and attached an AI agent that helps the team create and fix material inside the standard, without hunting for rules.
