About me
Enzo Caldeira, 22, São Paulo, Brazil. I work on data, product and AI at a major bank and run Nevran. I study, I build, I document, in that order.
What I do
My background is in business administration, and that is where everything I build starts from: the problem is always a business problem. Data, design and applied AI are the three tools I use to solve it, and their combination defines the kind of problem I can take on.
In practice that means understanding how a department makes or loses money before opening a screen, measuring what is actually happening, and then designing the solution so people actually use it. Each of those steps alone delivers less than the three together.
How I work
I study, I build, I document, in that order. I publish what I learn on LinkedIn weekly, always in the same format: what I did, what I expected, what happened, what I learned. Proof of work, not opinion.
Today I work on product and data at Itaú, in the customer service division, across indicator governance, data products and automation. Before that, Santander and Uber.
How I work with companies
Digital operations projects run through Nevran, the company I founded: fixed scope, one build at a time, with a network of partners who join as the project requires. That is what keeps deadlines from depending on a single calendar.
